Phase Electrical delivered a comprehensive electrical infrastructure upgrade and fit-out for this architecturally designed residence, combining essential power distribution works with refined lighting integration throughout the home.

The project included the installation of new underground service mains, a complete switchboard and metering upgrade, and the transition from an existing overhead supply to a modern underground electrical connection. Working closely with utility providers and council authorities, our team managed service disconnections, pathway excavation, underground conduit installation, and the commissioning of a new main switchboard complete with upgraded protection and earthing systems.

Internally, Phase Electrical provided specialist electrical rough-in works to support bespoke architectural features, including concealed power and lighting services within a custom concrete fireplace and provision for integrated LED feature lighting. Additional infrastructure was installed throughout the residence to accommodate future lighting, automation, and electrical services, ensuring the home remains adaptable for evolving lifestyle requirements.
