Phase Electrical Contracting was engaged to deliver the communications and technology infrastructure package for Project 1031, a landmark logistics and distribution facility for Winning Services at Kemps Creek. Spanning an immense warehouse footprint and designed to support high-volume national operations, the project demanded a robust, scalable and future-ready network infrastructure capable of supporting one of Australia’s most advanced distribution environments.
Working within a highly coordinated construction programme, our team delivered extensive data and communications services throughout the facility, integrating fibre optic backbone networks, structured cabling systems, communications infrastructure and elevated cable containment across the warehouse, operational zones and support facilities.
The scale of the project required meticulous planning and execution. Thousands of metres of fibre and data cabling were installed through elevated cable pathways and complex warehouse environments, ensuring seamless connectivity across logistics operations, automated systems, administration spaces and critical business infrastructure. Every aspect of the installation was designed to maximise reliability, performance and long-term adaptability as operational requirements evolve.
The project presented unique challenges associated with large-span industrial construction, significant ceiling heights, extensive warehouse racking systems and strict programme deadlines.
