Project 1042 | Hyde Park House
Where Architectural Vision Meets Precision Electrical Design.
‣ Sydney, NSW
Phase Electrical Contracting delivered the complete electrical fit-out for Hyde Park House, a high-profile hospitality venue in the heart of Sydney’s CBD.
Demonstrating Phase Electrical Contracting’s capability to deliver complex hospitality fit-outs for developers, builders and architects who require reliable execution, attention to detail and a premium finish.
Our team completed the electrical installation to support both functionality and design intent, including feature lighting, architectural lighting, power, emergency and exit lighting, mechanical electrical provisions, bar and hospitality services, and general electrical infrastructure throughout the venue.
This was a large-scale project with multiple distinct spaces, including the rooftop bar, main bar areas, lounges, amenities, feature dining zones and back-of-house services. The scope required careful coordination across a heritage-style building, detailed architectural finishes and a premium hospitality environment where lighting, atmosphere and presentation were critical.
A key focus was achieving a clean, discreet finish while working around detailed interiors, exposed heritage elements, custom joinery, decorative wall finishes and rooftop services. The result is a polished, high-end venue where the electrical work supports the atmosphere without compromising the architecture.
