This premium residential renovation combined sophisticated electrical design with modern smart-home functionality, delivering a seamless integration of lighting, power, data, and automation throughout the home.

Phase Electrical completed a comprehensive electrical fit-out, incorporating designer switching solutions, integrated dimming controls, architectural LED lighting, and extensive power and communications infrastructure. Feature lighting elements were carefully coordinated throughout the residence, including custom LED strip installations within the kitchen, bar servery, butler's pantry, walk-in robe, ensuite, and bathroom spaces, enhancing both ambience and functionality.

The project also included the installation of data and entertainment systems, with dedicated television, Foxtel, free-to-air, and network cabling distributed throughout key living spaces. Automated blind provisions, garden lighting infrastructure, recessed lighting sensors, and bespoke feature pendants further elevated the home's modern living experience.

Supporting these luxury finishes was a complete upgrade of the property's electrical infrastructure, including a new three-phase power supply, consumer mains, switchboard, circuit protection systems, and dedicated sub-circuits servicing air conditioning, pool equipment, kitchen appliances, and household services.
